A ghost drawn by HR Giger?

A drawing of a strange skeleton viewed from its left. It has four short legs, a big round body covered by a shroud, a tail sticking straight out behind it (also shrouded but with vertebrae sticking out below the shroud), and a half-human-looking skull. The forehead and top of head look like a separate plate. The skull has no visible nose-hole, and instead of eyes it has bone protruberences that look like drooping feelers. — A ghost drawn by HR Giger?
